Investor Relations Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation team, the remote Fundraising Advisor will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and VCs, focusing on presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Manage investor communications and maintain relationship continuity through organized follow-up and CRM activity
• Support ongoing fundraising campaigns and facilitate qualified investor conversations

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that includes or can reach accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
• Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
• Self-directed and reliable with the ability to work remotely
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
