Investor Relations Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation and investor relations team, the full-time or part-time Fundraising Advisor will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and private equity professionals, presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals to book qualified investor conversations
• Maintain investor follow-up and relationship continuity while supporting ongoing fundraising campaigns

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
• Ability to ask for introductions and referrals comfortably
• Self-directed and reliable, with experience working remotely
• Organized in maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
