Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Investor Relations Analyst to serve as a primary contact for retail investors, manage account inquiries, and enhance customer experience in a full-time remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions and resolving issues
• Develop and apply strong knowledge of products and investment strategies to support investors effectively
• Evaluate AI tools to identify gaps and improve customer experience while collaborating with the team to scale operations

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Understanding of proactive customer service's impact on brand loyalty and retention
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex topics
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team
• High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities
