Investor Relations Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Investor Relations to drive fundraising efforts across various strategies and fund types.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate market insights and LP feedback into differentiated fund strategies and products
• Engage with prospects and oversee execution of tailored strategies to facilitate investor pipeline progression
• Strengthen relationships with LPs and corporate partners while managing investor marketing and communications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital formation roles in private markets
• Direct responsibility for raising at least $200M+ in aggregate commitments
• Experience with multiple strategies and allocator types
• LP-facing experience in a private markets investment management firm
• Proven track record of international fundraising success
