Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development of quarterly earnings materials and assist in tracking analyst estimates and market trends
Help maintain investor engagement records and support planning for investor events
Monitor equity market activity and conduct research on peer companies

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with IR databases is a plus
MBA preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable
