Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Reporting & Investor Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational execution of the quarterly earnings process, ensuring accuracy and executive readiness of all deliverables
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data and strengthen IR materials while identifying emerging themes and investor concerns
• Conduct financial, competitive, and industry analysis to support leadership decision-making and manage investor events and engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows and producing executive-level communication
• Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with valuation methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with IR platforms and CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
