Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to build and operationalize a best-in-class investor relations program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the investor relations strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Act as a key point of contact for the investment community, managing relationships with institutional investors and analysts
• Lead preparation of core investor communications, including quarterly earnings materials and press releases

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets and public-market mechanics
• Solid financial acumen with fluency in financial statements and KPIs
• Experience supporting investor communication plans during periods of growth or public-market transition
• Working knowledge of regulatory disclosure requirements and IR best practices
