Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Investor Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Investor Relations operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables
• Lead and develop the Investor Relations team, monitoring performance and ensuring accountability to deadlines
• Coordinate investor requests and communications, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver timely responses

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
• Strong understanding of loan servicing operations and investor reporting requirements
• Experience managing deadlines, SLAs, and high-volume operational workflows
• Experience working with Capital Markets, Legal, or external investors preferred
