Investor Relations Manager
Job Summary
Partnering closely with the VP of Investor Relations, the full-time Investor Relations Manager will execute the investor relations strategy, manage investor communications, and support strategic planning while working onsite in Houston with the option to work remotely up to two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the annual Investor Relations strategy and operating plan
- Lead the creation of investor-facing materials, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging
- Build and manage valuation models, track shareholder activity, and prepare market intelligence summaries for senior management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within the oil and natural gas sector
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in Investor Relations
- Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques used by sell-side analysts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Investor Relations tools
