Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the remote Capital Formation & Investor Relations Representative will leverage their professional network to identify and engage accredited investors, book calls, and nurture relationships, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or contract commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Work your network to reach out and ask for referrals to accredited investors
• Book calls with qualified prospects and secure warm introductions
• Qualify leads and manage the deal flow from sourcing to closing

Required qualifications

• Existing professional network that includes or can reach US Accredited Investors
• Prior experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related fields
• Ability to generate activity independently from personal relationships
• Comfortable asking for referrals in conversations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
