Seeking a flexible Capital Formation & Investor Relations Representative, this remote position will focus on leveraging existing networks to identify and engage accredited investors while managing outreach, lead qualification, and relationship nurturing, with options for full-time, part-time, or contract commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Work your network to reach out and ask for referrals to accredited investors
• Book calls with qualified prospects and secure warm introductions
• Qualify leads and manage the deal flow from sourcing to closing

Required qualifications

• Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and family offices
• Prior experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related fields
• Comfortable asking for referrals and generating outreach activity independently
• Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor
• Self-starter with the ability to manage relationships and lead pipelines
