Investor Relations Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the Capital Formation & Investor Relations Representative will leverage existing networks to identify and engage accredited investors, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or contract work in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work your network to reach out and ask for referrals to accredited investors
• Book calls with qualified prospects and secure warm introductions
• Nurture investor relationships by providing updates and maintaining engagement post-close

Required qualifications

• Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and family offices in North America
• Prior experience in investor relations, including fundraising and managing referral pipelines
• Comfortable asking for referrals and initiating conversations with potential investors
• Self-starter with the ability to generate activity through personal relationships
• Strong communication skills, with a professional and persuasive approach
