Investor Relations Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the flexible Capital Formation & Investor Relations Representative will manage outreach to potential accredited investors, book calls, and nurture relationships remotely, with options for full-time, part-time, or contract commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Work your network to reach out and ask for referrals to accredited investors
• Book calls with qualified prospects and secure warm introductions
• Qualify leads and nurture investor relationships with updates and progress reports

Required qualifications

• Existing professional network that includes or can reach US accredited investors
• Prior experience in investor relations, including fundraising and managing referral pipelines
• Comfortable asking for referrals and generating activity independently
• Strong communication skills, both clear and persuasive
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
