Investor Relations Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Investor Relations & Capital Markets and CFO in managing relationships with analysts and investors
• Develop cross-functional relationships with various departments to enhance public positioning
• Contribute to the investment narrative and prepare relevant public company documents

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in strategy/financial analysis
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• High level understanding of financial statements and valuation models
• Experience with disclosure and regulatory obligations of a public financial services company
