Investor Relations Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development and execution of the investor relations strategy focused on growth, profitability, and cash flow communication
• Manage the quarterly earnings process, including financial modeling and preparation of investor materials
• Serve as a primary contact for high-priority investors and analysts, translating complex topics into clear narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years with a Master's degree
• Experience analyzing financial statements and SaaS/software business models
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management
• Experience with public company disclosure processes and capital markets data platforms
