Investor Relations Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing capital formation team, the remote Investor Relations Specialist will cultivate relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices, presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a flexible, full-time or part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure introductions and book qualified investor conversations
- Manage investor communications and maintain relationship continuity through organized follow-up and CRM activity
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
- Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
- Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
- Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
