Investor Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation and investor relations team, the full-time or part-time Investor Relations Specialist will cultivate relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices, presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Engage in outreach activities, including reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure introductions and conversations with potential investors
• Manage investor communications and maintain relationship continuity through organized follow-up and CRM activity

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that can connect to accredited investors or family offices in North America
• Comfort with asking for introductions and referrals
• Self-directed and reliable with the ability to work remotely
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
