Investor Relations Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Investor Relations to manage the relationship between the organization and the investment community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize a targeted investor outreach program and manage logistics for investor conferences and meetings
• Develop and refine the company's investor narrative and ensure accuracy of investor-facing materials
• Lead preparation for quarterly earnings calls and manage the investor relations website for timely disclosures

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields, specifically in biopharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
• Direct experience managing an IR function at a public biotech or biopharma company
• Strong existing relationships with healthcare-focused institutional investors or sell-side analysts
• Deep understanding of Reg FD, SEC disclosure requirements, and public company IR best practices
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills in a remote work environment
