Investor Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Working virtually in a full-time capacity, the Investor Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing and reconciling complex monthly investor reports, processing cash movements, and responding to inquiries related to investor reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process, reconcile, and prepare investor reports for complex portfolios in accordance with servicing guides
• Reconcile investor remittances and maintain procedures for reporting activities
• Act as the point of contact for investors regarding discrepancies and ensure compliance with investor guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Mortgage Banking or Investor Reporting
• Prior experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with MSP is preferred
