Investor Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the full-time remote Investor Reporting Analyst II will manage mortgage accounting activity reports, analyze data using SQL, and ensure accurate remittance and reconciliation for various portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Complete mortgage accounting activity reports for agency, investor, and client portfolios
- Analyze servicing and reporting data using SQL and remit payments following established guidelines
- Independently research and resolve reporting discrepancies and manage custodial account balances
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in Investor Accounting/Reporting or Mortgage Servicing
- Experience with FNMA, GNMA, FHLMC, and/or Private Investor Reporting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Lender Processing Services (MSP) or other mortgage servicing platforms
