Investor Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Investor Reporting Analyst will generate monthly accounting reports for assigned investors, analyze results, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines while coordinating with mortgage servicing departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and distribute daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustees
• Balance cash received against cash remitted and prepare wire transfers to investors
• Analyze remittance differences and maintain the reporting system for scheduled principal balances

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• One to two years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Ability to read and understand investor and agency guidelines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
