Investor Reporting Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Investor Reporting Associate will ensure timely and accurate reporting and reconciliation of mortgage loan data to investor partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Report loan activity records accurately and on time to investors
• Perform monthly reconciliations in accordance with investor requirements
• Maintain remittance schedules and ensure the timely delivery of funds

Required qualifications

• 1 year of Investor Reporting experience within mortgage servicing
• Proven experience working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and private investors
• Strong understanding of remittance types and loan amortization
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM, or 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and basic use of Google Workspace tools
