Investor Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the investor reporting function, the full-time remote Investor Reporting Manager will manage staff, review and approve investor reports, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing leadership and support for internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the investor reporting function and staff, including training and performance evaluations
• Review and approve investor reports and remittances for accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor monthly reporting to Agency and Private Investors and manage reconciliations of loan boarding and service released loans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• 4-10 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing management with progressive leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated track record of building successful teams and delivering expected results
• Strong leadership and people management skills with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
