Investor Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile actual activities against reported activities and resolve variances
• Prepare and submit financial reports to third-party investors and manage cash adjustments
• Analyze and report the impact of data on borrowers, investors, and the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in Investor Reporting Accounting within Mortgage Loan Servicing Operations
• Strong knowledge of investor accounting principles, including cash flow requirements and bank reconciliations
• Intermediate to advanced math and Excel skills
• Expert-level knowledge of GSAs (FHLMC, GNMA, FNMA)
