Investor Services Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Investor Services group remotely, the full-time Associate, Investor Services will manage investor transactions, ensure compliance, and act as a liaison with distribution partners for the REIT and 1031 Exchange Program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to transfer agents for the REIT and 1031 Program
• Ensure accuracy in record keeping for new accounts, transactions, and distributions
• Coordinate investor mailings and oversee annual tax forms and investor statements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within financial services operations
• Experience working with transfer agents and understanding of compliance processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
