Investor Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Investor Services professionals, the full-time salaried Investor Services Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure timely processing of investor transactions, and maintain high-quality client communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Investor Services team, managing performance, training, and scheduling
• Oversee the accurate processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Act as a primary point of contact for complex investor inquiries and enhance correspondence and live chat operations

Required qualifications

• Master's degree with 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 8 years of related experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of various fund structures and related regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in managing live chat platforms and written client correspondence
• Experience with investor CRM systems and fund administration software is highly desirable
