Job Summary

Investor Services Supervisor, responsible for overseeing a team of Data Analysis professionals in a full-time role, focusing on customized financial reporting and collaboration across departments to enhance investor services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Data Analysis team, providing coaching, development, and performance management
• Manage customized financial reporting tasks and collaborate with client service teams and operations
• Assist in monitoring business activities and improving processes within the Investor Services Department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced experience in financial reporting within the financial services industry
• Comprehensive understanding of front, middle, and back-office processes
• 5-8 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of business desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
