Investor Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Support Specialist to provide front-line support to investors and assist with back-office processes related to Transfer Agent and Fund Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide investors through onboarding, KYC verification, and wallet setup
• Provide technical support for blockchain wallet interactions and educate investors on digital asset management
• Support Transfer Agent functions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investor support, fund operations, or client services, preferably in fintech or blockchain
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and wallet interactions
• Understanding of Transfer Agent and Fund Operations processes
• Experience with KYC/AML verification workflows and regulatory compliance
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
