Investor Suspense Analyst

Job Summary

Managing an active pipeline of post-closing suspense items, the full-time remote Investor Suspense Analyst will resolve issues preventing investor purchase, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely loan sale execution and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage an investor suspense pipeline, prioritizing files and ensuring they are worked within service levels
• Review investor conditions and loan documentation to identify and resolve outstanding issues
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to gather information and move files forward efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant mortgage operations experience, particularly in post-closing or investor suspense
• Experience managing a pipeline or high-volume queue under deadlines
• Familiarity with loan documentation and ability to interpret conditions
• Strong system navigation skills and proficiency with productivity tools such as Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced environments
