Job Summary
A company is looking for an Invoice Administrator to manage purchase orders and invoice processing in a remote, contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy before processing
- Create, dispatch, and maintain purchase orders throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate with teams to support seamless transactions and elevate customer satisfaction through accurate billing
Required Qualifications
- Certificate from a college or technical program **OR** 6 months-2 years of related experience/training; High School Diploma/GED required
- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Dependability and consistency in delivering work
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
