Invoice Analyst
Job Summary
Managing daily invoice processes, the full-time Invoice Analyst will review and validate invoices using SAP and Telecom Expense Management System (TEMS), ensuring compliance with contracts and tax regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and prioritize new invoices daily, monitoring for disconnection notices and past-due notifications
- Perform health checks on invoice details and ensure compliance with tax regulations and contract deliverables
- Manage dispute resolution and track discrepancies for vendor issues, while maintaining financial records and processing credit notes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline preferred
- 4-6+ years of experience with payment systems in large multinational companies
- Proficiency in SAP and invoice/payment systems
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, with a preference for Google Sheets
- Understanding of technical concepts related to data center operations and/or telecom preferred
