Job Summary

• Participate in or initiate implementation strategy calls for more complex customers
• Analyze invoice output and reports to ensure compliance with policy, procedure, and contractual agreements
• Prepare reports, develop corrective action plans, and assist in special projects and analyses as required

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of work experience OR equivalent work experience
• Ability to solve complex problems and respond appropriately to critical situations
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
