Invoicing and Distribution Specialist

Job Summary

To support revenue distribution and invoicing processes, the remote Invoicing and Distribution Specialist will review and audit orders, validate commission and payment information, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit orders to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue distribution across multiple lines of business
• Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies, payment variances, and documentation issues
• Collaborate with various departments and partners to gather information and ensure timely processing of orders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two or more years of experience in invoicing or revenue accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify discrepancies and determine resolutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
