Job Summary
To support a growing managed services environment, the remote Invoicing Manager will oversee the accuracy and timeliness of customer billing processes, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full billing cycle for various revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Establish and improve standard operating procedures for invoicing, ensuring alignment with GAAP revenue recognition policies
- Drive automation and efficiency in the invoicing process through better use of ERP and billing tools
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of invoicing experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as NetSuite, and MSP software like ConnectWise
- Experience in account reconciliation of all revenue and related accounts
- Managerial experience with the ability to lead a team of billing specialists
