A company is looking for an Invoice Specialist I to assist the Submeter Billing department with customer support and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Compute and perform quality control on invoices
• Accurately input and analyze customer, financial, and technical data into computer systems
• Provide training assistance to entry-level team members and assist with project coordination

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong math skills and deductive reasoning abilities
• Capacity to absorb large amounts of technical knowledge
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
