Invoicing Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end invoicing process for completed field service work, the part-time Invoicing Specialist will collaborate with Field Service Providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of partner invoices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with Field Service Partners to secure missing deliverables required for invoice processing
- Audit client-initiated invoicing concerns and troubleshoot case histories to validate work performed
- Enter completed service pricing from FSP invoices, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon pricing tiers
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in the residential solar industry with a strong understanding of solar scopes of work
- Hands-on experience with SolarEdge and Enphase platforms, as well as Salesforce
- Demonstrated background in managing FSPs and processing complex invoices
- Strong investigative skills for cross-referencing contracts and validating work
