IO Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Site Reliability Engineering team, the full-time IO Engineer will drive high availability, performance, and reliability of critical business systems for pharmacy and financial transactions while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks for continuous improvement
• Perform routine monitoring of critical systems to ensure performance and reliability
• Write automation scripts to reduce manual operational tasks and enhance deployment pipelines

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or site reliability engineering
• 2+ years of experience writing automation scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• 2+ years of experience with performance monitoring and centralized logging tools like Dynatrace or Splunk
• 2+ years of experience supporting production web systems on Linux/Unix and/or Windows servers
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 production support
