IOL Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Sales Manager / IOL Manager for the Zurich and Lucerne region.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell refractive intraocular lenses (IOL) and achieve sales and market share targets for focus products
• Prepare, follow up, and conclude sales activities, including needs analysis and project support
• Conduct training and education for customers while expanding the customer base and adhering to compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

• University degree or equivalent qualification in medical technology, ophthalmic surgery, or optics with clinical field experience
• 3+ years of professional or sales experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals in a surgical environment
• General understanding and interest in surgical techniques, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and optics
• Fluent in German and good English; French and Italian are advantageous
• Experience with CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools
