Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Category Manager (IoT Cellular, Various Categories) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal business engagement and external vendor management
- Drive and own sourcing/category strategy and requisite implementation
- Manage and lead vendor management and procurement activities for various other categories as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree a plus
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in indirect procurement and/or category management, with 5+ years of specific experience in IoT, cellular, telecom or carrier relations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to senior management and executives
