Job Summary
Owning the relationship with a nationwide network of certified 3rd party installers, the fully remote IoT Project Manager will coordinate installation projects, develop quality assurance processes, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful smart home deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate certified 3rd party installers to scope, schedule, and complete installation projects within target timelines
- Establish project schedules, prepare status reports, and track issues related to budget, time, and scope
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and manage deployments effectively
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of IoT & Smart Home technology
- PMP Certification or PMP training preferred
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira)
