Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agroforestry Farm Network Coordinator in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of the Agroforestry Farm Network through outreach, events, and connections among farmers
• Create educational content and facilitate farmer connections to resources and opportunities
• Assist in building a regional network and represent the organization at various events

Required Qualifications

• Current or former agroforestry producer or farmer in perennial systems in Iowa
• Experience with program management and understanding of agricultural and conservation resources
• Willingness to work collaboratively and commitment to equitable agricultural systems
• Proficiency with Google Suite and access to personal transportation for work-related travel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with farmers and landholders
