Iowa Consumer Retention Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kinetic Consumer Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from customers at risk of disconnecting services and provide solutions to retain them
• Log customer inquiries and resolutions using the Retention Recommender system
• Explain and sell products and services to existing customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience; college hours or a degree may substitute for experience
• Must have land-based home internet service with a minimum 25 kbps download speed
• Ability to work any shifts within team operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
• Must maintain a distraction-free home work environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
