Iowa Intake Support Representative

Job Summary

Iowa Intake Support Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients placing meal orders while efficiently managing order submissions and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including order placements and de-escalations
• Input order information accurately and document all client interactions in the database
• Assist clients with inquiries about benefits and ensure timely communication regarding their orders

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Iowa
• Experience in customer service or related field
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 11:00am-8:00pm
• Willingness to assist with reauthorization processes for clients
• Bilingual candidates may receive a higher starting wage
