Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably in virtual education
• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required
• A master's degree in education or leadership is highly preferred
• An active Principal License or equivalent administrative certification is required
• Knowledge of Iowa educational policies and standards is essential
