Job Summary

To support a growing territory, the hybrid Iowa Licensed Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle by prospecting new clients, developing tailored marketing strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and grow client accounts by balancing new business development with retention and upselling opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in new business development and account growth
  • Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and networking
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
