Job Summary
To support a growing territory, the hybrid Iowa Licensed Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle by prospecting new clients, developing tailored marketing strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow client accounts by balancing new business development with retention and upselling opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
