Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the remote Iowa Licensed Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely revenue recording and quality assurance while collaborating with various departments and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily and monthly revenue activities to ensure accurate and timely posting of payments
• Plan and implement financial standards, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Audit accounts receivable methods and procedures, maintaining accurate records and improving operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with some supervisory experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Demonstrated flexibility and efficient time management skills
