A company is looking for an Advisory Operations Specialist to support their advisory platform and manage registered representatives' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advisory platform needs and ensure accurate communication with registered representatives
• Assist colleagues in resolving complex issues related to securities transactions and operational procedures
• Provide investment analysis and help advisors build suitable client portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 3+ years of related experience
• Active FINRA Series 7 license
• Knowledge of fee-based accounts or Envestnet preferred
• Investment background with an understanding of market and economic conditions
• Licenses must be acquired within 6 months of hiring, including Series 63
