Job Summary
Seeking an Iowa Licensed Architectural Sales Representative, this full-time role will manage relationships with architectural professionals, drive specifications for door openings, and promote ASSA ABLOY solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers
- Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications
- Deliver targeted educational programs on new products and solutions
Required qualifications:
- College/University degree in architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of industry-related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software for sales reporting
- Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards
- Willingness to travel within an assigned territory and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. for presentations
