Job Summary

To support the growth of the agency channel, the remote Iowa Licensed Business Development Representative will make outbound calls to independent agencies, manage onboarding processes, and enhance agent experiences through training and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to secure appointments with independent agencies
• Manage the onboarding process for new agents and conduct regular product training
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption and gather agent feedback for improvements

Required qualifications

• Professional experience with an insurance carrier or agency
• Thorough knowledge of insurance products offered by Root
• Proven success in outbound call campaigns
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships in a matrixed environment
• Self-starter with effective prioritization skills
