Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises daily operations of the call center, ensuring quality and cost-effective services
  • Monitors service metrics, adjusts staffing levels, and covers on-call duties as needed
  • Supports training initiatives, conducts quality audits, and participates in recruitment and onboarding activities
Required Qualifications
  • Nonclinical supervisors require extensive experience in supervising teams; educational requirements may be waived
  • Clinical supervisors must be graduates of an accredited nursing program
  • Nonclinical supervisors should have 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience in a nurse triage call center
  • Clinical supervisors need 2 years of clinical nursing experience providing direct patient care or equivalent experience
  • Clinical supervisors must hold an unrestricted Iowa or practicing state license
